FISP is pleased to share that Design Conformity has launched its latest industry report, Circularity Champions 2026 – Furniture Manufacturers and Service Providers Enabling Sustainable Fitouts.
The publication explores how circularity in the furniture sector is evolving beyond carbon reduction to deliver wider business benefits, including cost savings, increased operational flexibility, and improved long-term customer retention.
Based on surveys and interviews with 51 organisations across the commercial fit-out sector - including associations, furniture manufacturers, service providers, and specifiers - the report provides valuable insight into how businesses are supporting circularity and the measurable benefits being achieved. Notably, a number of FISP-accredited companies are among the contributing organisations, and FISP itself was pleased to contribute to the research.
As an independent quality and sustainability mark for the furniture industry, Design Conformity supports manufacturers in improving product sustainability by measuring and reporting carbon efficiency, helping to drive more circular, future-focused practices.
